Job Title: Curriculum Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum plans, overseeing curriculum materials, and supporting teachers in implementing curriculum standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong understanding of curriculum development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum plans in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and other educational stakeholders
• Review and select appropriate curriculum materials, resources, and assessments to support student learning
• Train and support teachers in implementing curriculum standards and using curriculum materials effectively
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum plans and make necessary adjustments based on student performance data
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement differentiated instruction strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Stay up-to-date with education trends and research to ensure curriculum remains relevant and effective
• Facilitate curriculum meetings and workshops to provide ongoing professional development for teachers
• Communicate with parents and guardians about curriculum plans and student progress
• Manage and maintain curriculum records, including lesson plans, assessments, and other instructional materials
• Collaborate with other curriculum coordinators and educational leaders to align curriculum across grade levels and subjects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation
• Knowledge of curriculum standards and educational best practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in technology and educational software
• Experience in providing professional development and training for teachers
• Understanding of differentiated instruction and its implementation in the classroom
