Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical role in assisting our clients with navigating organizational changes and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful change management initiatives and possess a strong understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of client organizations to identify areas of improvement and potential roadblocks to change
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized change management strategies that align with their organizational goals and values
• Facilitate training and workshops to educate stakeholders on the importance of change management and how to effectively lead and manage change
• Develop and implement communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process
• Create and execute change impact analyses to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
• Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams through change and manage resistance
• Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations to clients
• Continuously evaluate and evolve change management strategies based on feedback and insights from stakeholders
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure change management is integrated into project plans and timelines
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in change management, incorporating them into client recommendations and strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and consultant on all change management matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a change management consulting role, preferably within a professional services firm
• Proven track record of successfully leading and driving change management initiatives in complex organizations
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop creative solutions
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP) is preferred
