Title: Education Program Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Manager to lead and manage our educational programs. As an Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of our programs, ensuring their success and impact on our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design programs that address those needs
• Conduct research on educational trends and best practices to continuously improve and update our programs
• Create and maintain program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of instructors and facilitators to deliver high-quality education programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to expand the reach and impact of our programs
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for program improvement
• Oversee the development and implementation of program marketing and communication strategies to increase program awareness and participation
• Act as a spokesperson for the organization and its educational programs, representing us at conferences, events, and meetings
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in education policies to inform program development and implementation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to education programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector
• Strong understanding of education principles, methods, and best practices
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing educational programs
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and resource management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset and experience with program evaluation and improvement
• Familiarity with education policies and regulations
• Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
