Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Courier Associate. As a Courier Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to various locations within a designated territory. This position requires someone who is reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages and documents to assigned locations within a timely manner
• Plan and organize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines
• Verify package contents and ensure proper handling and delivery
• Collect and record accurate delivery information, including signatures and payments
• Communicate any delays or issues with deliveries to the appropriate parties
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating company vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Assist with loading and unloading packages as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and submit necessary paperwork to the office
• Follow company policies and procedures for delivery and vehicle maintenance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous experience as a courier, delivery driver, or in a similar role preferred
• Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
• Proficient in using GPS and navigation systems
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
