About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crop Production Manager to join our team. As a Crop Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of crop production, from planning and planting to harvesting and distribution. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our agricultural operations and managing the production of high-quality crops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective crop production plans, considering factors such as weather conditions, market demand, and production cost.
• Select and procure seeds, fertilizers, and other necessary materials for crop production.
• Supervise and train farm workers in planting, cultivating, and harvesting techniques.
• Monitor crop growth and health, and take necessary measures to control pests, diseases, and weeds.
• Collaborate with agricultural engineers and specialists to optimize irrigation, soil management, and other production practices.
• Maintain accurate records of crop production, expenses, and inventory levels.
