Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ground Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for coordinating the ground transportation needs for our company. This includes managing logistics, coordinating routes, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation services for our clients and employees. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the ground transportation needs for our company, including the scheduling of vehicles and drivers.
• Work closely with various departments to understand their transportation requirements and develop efficient transportation plans.
• Coordinate routes for drivers and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of clients and employees.
• Communicate with drivers to provide them with necessary information and instructions for each trip.
• Monitor real-time traffic and weather conditions to make adjustments to routes as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all transportation requests, schedules, and routes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transportation vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.
• Track and report on transportation expenses and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ground transportation coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations and logistics.
