Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport valuable items, following all company protocols and procedures
Load and unload armored vehicle with designated items, ensuring proper weight distribution
Secure all items inside the vehicle using appropriate safety measures, such as locks and straps
Drive armored vehicle to designated locations, following predetermined routes and schedules
Monitor traffic and weather conditions to determine the safest and most efficient route
Maintain constant communication with dispatch and other team members via radio or phone
Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and regulations
Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation, including delivery receipts, invoices, and manifests
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues to management
Respond to emergency situations, such as accidents or robberies, in a calm and efficient manner
Follow proper procedures for handling and storing firearms and other safety equipment
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all transported items and information
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry standards and best practices

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or military experience is a plus
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a security or transportation setting
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances and licenses
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Proficient in using GPS navigation systems and other technology, such as radios and scanners
Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus
Must pass a drug test and criminal background check
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
