Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with artists, songwriters, and other music professionals to create and produce high-quality music
• Oversee the recording, mixing, and mastering processes to ensure the final product meets our standards
• Manage budget and resources effectively to deliver projects within the given timeline and budget
• Help artists develop their sound and vision by providing creative input and guidance
• Identify and recruit talented artists and songwriters to work with
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and tools to continuously improve our production process
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with artists, songwriters, and other music professionals
• Ensure all legal and copyright requirements are met for each project
• Collaborate with marketing and promotion teams to develop strategies for the successful release of music projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Music Producer, preferably in the music industry
• Strong knowledge of music production software and equipment
• Proven track record of producing successful music projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• A keen ear for music and a good sense of rhythm and melody
