Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement offshoring strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential offshoring locations, considering factors such as cost, business environment, labor market, and cultural compatibility.
Create detailed project plans and timelines for offshoring initiatives, identifying key milestones and ensuring timely execution.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to offshoring activities.
Build and maintain relationships with offshoring service providers and other external partners, negotiating contracts and managing ongoing partnerships.
Train and educate employees on offshoring processes and cultural differences to ensure a smooth transition and successful collaboration with offshore teams.
Monitor and track offshoring performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Continuously evaluate and optimize offshoring processes to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business outcomes.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in offshoring, bringing new ideas and strategies to the company to enhance the offshoring program.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in offshoring, project management, or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully executing offshoring initiatives, with strong knowledge of offshoring best practices and legal requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different cultures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering results.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
