Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory and sales, and leading a team of retail associates to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Train, coach, and motivate retail associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and sales initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
• Ensure store visual standards are maintained to create an attractive and organized shopping environment.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts through regular audits and inventory management systems.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
