Job Title: Security Technology Expert

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Technology Expert to join our team. As a Security Technology Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions to protect our company's assets and data. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to identify potential risks, develop security strategies, and implement necessary controls to ensure the safety and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain security solutions to protect our company's assets and data.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor network and system activity for potential security threats and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide security expertise and guidance on new projects and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve our security posture.
• Conduct training and education sessions to raise awareness and promote a security-conscious culture among employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
• Extensive knowledge of network security, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and data encryption.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are preferred.
