Job Description: We are seeking a highly talented and innovative Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating effective and engaging learning experiences for our employees and clients. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop high-quality instructional materials that align with our company's objectives and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives
• Design and develop engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and other interactive content
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective learning experiences
• Incorporate multimedia elements and interactive activities to enhance learning
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Revise and update existing training materials as needed
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related field
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theories and methodologies
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Lectora
• Proficient in graphic design and video editing software
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Knowledge of learning management systems and experience with online course delivery is a plus
