Position: Security Team Leader

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Team Leader to join our team. As a Security Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our company and leading a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and protection of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees, clients, and visitors
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions
• Train and supervise security personnel, including scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations
• Monitor and analyze security systems, such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems, to detect and respond to any suspicious activities
• Investigate security incidents and provide timely and accurate reports to management
• Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and IT, to ensure a comprehensive and effective security strategy
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the security operations of the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, laws, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-stress situations
• Proficient in using security systems and technology
• Valid security license and certifications (e.g. CPP, CISM) are preferred
