Overview of the Role: As a Dispute Resolution Facilitator, you will be responsible for facilitating the resolution of disputes between parties through mediation, negotiation, and other alternative dispute resolution techniques. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Dispute Resolution, or a related field.
• Proven experience in dispute resolution, preferably in a legal setting.
• Strong knowledge of mediation and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain impartial and unbiased while facilitating dispute resolution sessions.
