Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facility Care Specialist to join our team. As a Facility Care Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and meet all necessary safety and cleanliness standards. You will work closely with our facility management team to ensure that our facilities are operating smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of all facilities to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans for each facility to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
• Coordinate with facility management team to schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance work.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on each facility.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Ensure that all facilities are kept clean and organized at all times.
• Respond to and address any facility-related emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Train and supervise facility maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all employees and visitors.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address any potential hazards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for facility maintenance and safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and train a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours.
