Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals and objectives
Conduct store visits to ensure that our products are displayed correctly and are in stock
Communicate with store managers to build strong relationships and address any issues or concerns
Utilize planograms to ensure consistent and accurate placement of products
Develop eye-catching displays that showcase our products and promotions
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team to restock products as needed
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' merchandising strategies
Train store staff on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques
Maintain a clean and organized merchandising area in stores
Analyze sales data and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
Proactively identify and solve any merchandising challenges that may arise
Attend trade shows and events to gather information and network with industry professionals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with store managers and staff
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and planogram software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Flexibility to travel and work weekends, if needed
Creative and strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of current retail trends and best practices
