Job Title: Data Science Team Lead

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Science Team Lead to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and driving the development of data-driven solutions to complex business problems. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing the company's data strategy, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data scientists and provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to develop their skills and ensure successful project execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for data-driven solutions, and develop effective strategies
• Design and implement data science projects, including data collection, data cleansing, feature engineering, and model development
• Use a variety of statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large and complex datasets, and develop predictive models and algorithms
• Develop and maintain data structures and pipelines to support data analysis and model development
• Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, and provide recommendations for business decisions
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning, and share knowledge with the team
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards in all data science projects and processes
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning concepts, and hands-on experience with tools such as R, Python, and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
• Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement, and a desire to mentor and develop team members
