Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage educational programs for our organization
Collaborate with the education team to identify program needs and goals
Create program schedules and timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
Coordinate with external partners to secure resources and materials for programs
Oversee program budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness
Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess program effectiveness
Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops related to educational programs
Serve as the main point of contact for program participants and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program data and participant information
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote programs and recruit participants
Monitor and report on program progress and outcomes to the education team and senior management
Identify and implement improvements to enhance program quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or management
Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Experience in developing and implementing educational programs preferred
Knowledge of evaluation methods and techniques
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passion for education and making a positive impact on the community
