Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop complex hardware components for Tech Advance Hardware's products, including but not limited to circuit boards, sensors, and other electronic devices.
Conduct research and analysis to identify the most suitable components and technologies for our products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of hardware components into our products.
Create detailed technical specifications and documentation for all hardware designs.
Perform rigorous testing and validation of hardware components, ensuring they meet the required performance and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware-related issues that may arise during the development and testing process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in hardware design and technology, and incorporate them into our product designs.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality components at the best possible prices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardware design, preferably in a fast-paced product development environment.
Strong knowledge of circuit design, PCB layout, and schematic capture tools.
Experience with simulation and modeling tools such as LTspice, MATLAB, or Simulink.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
Familiarity with industry standards and protocols such as USB, UART, I2C, and SPI.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
