Position: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective and engaging learning materials for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts to analyze training needs, create learning objectives, and design and develop training programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and learning objectives
• Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials such as e-learning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and other training resources
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create learner-centered training programs
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of training materials
• Ensure all training materials are visually appealing, interactive, and accessible to a diverse audience
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Continuously review and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and incorporate them into training programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
• Familiarity with learning management systems and content management systems
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
