Job Title: Network Administrator

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network systems. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure and provide support to our end-users. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain our organization's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any network issues that arise.
• Implement security protocols and ensure network security is up to date.
• Create and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the integration of new technologies into the network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve any network-related issues.
• Conduct regular network audits and implement necessary updates and upgrades.
• Manage network backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in network technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network access control.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
• Experience with network virtualization, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
