Are you passionate about creating dynamic and engaging media content? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling? If so, then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Media Production Specialist.As a Media Production Specialist, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality media content for our organization. You will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and delivering various media projects, including videos, podcasts, and social media content. Your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that our media content is visually appealing and effectively communicates our brand message.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts for media content
• Plan and schedule video shoots, including location scouting, scriptwriting, and coordinating with talent and crew
• Operate and maintain video and audio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment
• Film and direct video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage and capturing the essence of the project
• Edit video footage using industry-standard software, adding graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the final product
• Develop and edit podcast episodes, including recording, editing, and mixing audio files
• Create and edit social media content, such as short videos, GIFs, and images
• Manage media assets and maintain an organized library of content
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our media content
• Ensure that all media content aligns with our brand guidelines and effectively communicates our brand message
• Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers when necessary
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in media production, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and storytelling abilities
• Proficient in video and audio editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Audacity
• Experience with camera operation, lighting, and sound equipment
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their video specifications
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work on evenings or weekends, as needed
• Passion for media production and a desire to continuously learn and grow in this field
