We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Server/Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues
• Assist with set up and clean up of dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
• High school diploma or equivalent
