Position Title: Academic Director of Education Programs

Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as the Academic Director of Education Programs. As the Academic Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our educational programs, including curriculum development, teacher training, and student success. This is a leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum for all education programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum and make necessary adjustments to meet the needs of students and instructors
• Lead and supervise a team of teachers and instructors, providing support and guidance in curriculum delivery and student engagement
• Conduct regular training and professional development sessions for teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the curriculum is integrated with other aspects of the organization, such as marketing and technology
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in education, incorporating innovative teaching methods into curriculum development
• Work closely with academic advisors to provide guidance and support to students, ensuring their academic success and retention
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and organizations to enhance partnerships and opportunities for our students
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new teachers and instructors, ensuring that they meet the organization's standards and values
• Create and manage budgets and resources for the education department, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor and analyze data to assess the success of education programs and use data to make informed decisions for improvement

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position in education
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team
• Knowledge of current trends and advancements in education
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with various stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Passion for education and commitment to student success
