Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
Manage all leasing activities including marketing, advertising, and tenant relations
Conduct market research and stay updated on current market trends and competitor activities
Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities to increase property value
Negotiate lease terms with potential tenants and prepare lease agreements
Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring timely and efficient turnover of units
Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, partners, and vendors
Communicate regularly with property owners and provide updates on leasing activities and occupancy rates
Monitor and analyze leasing performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability
Ensure compliance with all leasing laws and regulations
Train and mentor leasing team members and monitor their performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, preferably in the property management industry
Proven track record of successful leasing strategies and achieving occupancy goals
Strong knowledge of leasing laws and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, partners, and vendors
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members
Proficient in Microsoft Office and leasing software
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Valid real estate license (if required by state)
