Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Outsourcing Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Outsourcing Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing the outsourcing needs of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential outsourcing opportunities for the organization
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential vendors and partners, including negotiating contracts and agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their outsourcing needs and provide recommendations on the best outsourcing solutions
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements
• Analyze and report on outsourcing costs, savings, and other key performance indicators to senior management
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to streamline outsourcing processes and increase efficiency
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in outsourcing to make informed decisions for the organization
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain a database of vendors and their capabilities to support future outsourcing needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outsourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with vendors and partners
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Understanding of contract management and legal terms
• Knowledge of outsourcing trends and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
