Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Industrial Engineering Manager to oversee our company's industrial engineering operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, project management, and leadership skills. As the Industrial Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient processes, optimizing productivity, reducing costs, and improving overall operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient industrial engineering processes and procedures to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct time studies, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all industrial engineering processes.
• Collaborate with other departments, including production, supply chain, and quality control, to identify and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of process improvements.
• Develop and manage budgets for industrial engineering projects.
• Train and mentor team members on industrial engineering best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of industrial engineering principles and best practices.
• Proficient in using industrial engineering tools and software.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
