Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Operations Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Flight Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of flight operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of flights. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of flight operations personnel, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company objectives.
• Monitor flight schedules, crew assignments, and aircraft maintenance to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and trainings for flight crew to maintain a high level of safety standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of aircraft, ensuring they are in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments to ensure compliance and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with flight scheduling software and systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Willingness to travel as required.
