Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop new semiconductor devices and integrated circuits (ICs) using advanced technologies and fabrication processes.
Conduct research and analysis to identify and solve complex problems related to semiconductor materials, devices, and processes.
Collaborate with teams to develop product specifications, design guidelines, and test plans.
Utilize simulation and modeling tools to evaluate and optimize device performance.
Conduct experiments and tests to validate design concepts and improve product performance.
Troubleshoot and debug issues related to semiconductor designs, processes, and equipment.
Develop and maintain documentation for all designs, processes, and experiments.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Work with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and source materials and equipment for semiconductor production.
Support production teams by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor design, development, or fabrication.
Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.
Proficiency in using design and simulation tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and SPICE.
Experience with characterization and testing of semiconductor devices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
