Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs that align with our organization's mission and goals.
Collaborate with team members to identify the needs of our target audience and design programs that meet those needs.
Coordinate with external partners, such as schools and community organizations, to promote and deliver our educational programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of our programs.
Create program materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and activities, that are engaging and effective.
Schedule and facilitate meetings and workshops to train program facilitators and volunteers.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to ensure program goals are met.
Maintain accurate records of program participation and outcomes.
Manage program budgets and track expenses.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve our programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of educational principles and best practices.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Experience with budget management and data analysis.
