Position: Technical Project Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of technical projects from concept to delivery, ensuring that all project deliverables are met within the established timeline and budget
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, define project scope, and identify project risks
• Manage project schedules and proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues
• Ensure project objectives are clearly defined and communicated to all team members and stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely updates to the project team and management
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members to ensure successful project outcomes
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain a comprehensive project documentation and ensure all project deliverables are properly documented and archived
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and technical fields

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects from conception to delivery
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is highly desirable
