Conducting casino games according to established rules and procedures
Dealing cards, operating roulette wheels, and other gaming equipment
Handling all bets and payouts accurately and efficiently
Monitoring and maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment
Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Casino Dealer
Knowledge of different casino games and their rules
Excellent mathematical and mental calculation skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling money and chips
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
Physical ability to stand for long periods and work in a noisy and smoky environment
