Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. The Education Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing educational programs for students. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and has experience in program coordination, curriculum development, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for students in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to identify educational needs and create relevant and engaging curriculum.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of educational programs, including scheduling, logistics, and budget management.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of instructors and volunteers to deliver high-quality educational programs.
• Conduct ongoing assessment and evaluation of educational programs, gather feedback from participants and stakeholders, and make necessary adjustments to ensure program effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to expand the reach of educational programs.
• Utilize data and feedback to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the quality and impact of educational programs.
• Manage and track program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to education and incorporate them into program development and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in program coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, and program evaluation.
• Experience working with students and a passion for education and youth development.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software and applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
