Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver packages to designated locations within the specified time frame
Plan and organize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages
Inspect and verify packages for accuracy and integrity before delivery
Load and unload packages from delivery vehicle safely and securely
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and obtain signatures for packages
Handle and resolve any delivery issues or concerns from customers in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time, date, and recipient information
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating delivery vehicle
Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
Keep delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times
Act as a brand ambassador for the company by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our services to potential clients
Continuously seek to improve delivery processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics and delivery
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Knowledge of local roads and routes
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation systems
Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as needed
