About the Role: As the Broadcast Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of producers, directors, and technical personnel to create high-quality and engaging content for our broadcast channels. You will oversee all aspects of the broadcast production process, from conceptualization to post-production, ensuring that all content meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative strategies for broadcast content that align with the organization's brand and vision.
• Manage a team of producers, directors, and technical personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and programming, to ensure the integration of broadcast content into overall organizational goals and initiatives.
• Oversee the budget for broadcast productions, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as production companies and talent agencies, to source and secure high-quality content and talent for broadcast productions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of broadcast content.
• Ensure all broadcast productions adhere to legal and ethical standards, as well as industry regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in broadcasting, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a broadcast production role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-quality broadcast productions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of broadcast production processes, including pre-production, filming, and post-production.
• Familiarity with broadcast equipment and software, such as cameras, lights, and editing software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
