Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients, including property owners, investors, and developers
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties and market trends
• Evaluate and assess properties to determine their value and potential for development or investment
• Create and present proposals and offers to clients, negotiating terms and conditions
• Facilitate property transactions, including purchase, sale, leasing, and financing
• Collaborate with other brokers, agents, and industry professionals to expand business opportunities and share market knowledge
• Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and legal regulations related to commercial real estate
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts to generate leads and referrals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate market and trends
• Proven track record of successful property transactions and client relationships
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate databases
• Active real estate license in CA
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
