Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements
Develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives

- Design digital and print materials, including but not limited to: website layouts, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and product packaging

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas
Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to continuously improve design solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to design projects
Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and user-friendly
Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback for iteration
Work with developers to ensure design implementation is accurate and meets design standards
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual design, preferably in a digital agency or in-house design team
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including web and print materials
Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision
Proficient in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups
Understanding of user experience principles and best practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
