Position: Site Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure that all work meets the project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or delays.
• Track project progress and report on the status of work to senior management.
• Mentor and supervise construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and reducing costs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all project activities, including daily reports, change orders, and safety reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Working Conditions: The Site Supervisor will spend most of their time on construction sites, which can be physically demanding and require working outdoors in various weather conditions. The position may also involve occasional travel to project sites in different locations. The candidate must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights.
