Overview: NanoTech is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nanotechnology Research Scientist to join our team. As a Nanotechnology Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting innovative research in the field of nanotechnology and developing new technologies and applications using nanomaterials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and experiments on nanomaterials to develop new technologies and applications
• Design and fabricate nanoscale structures using various techniques such as lithography, chemical synthesis, and self-assembly
• Characterize nanomaterials using advanced techniques such as scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, and spectroscopy
• Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and technologies using nanomaterials
• Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in the field of nanotechnology
• Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Publish research findings in scientific journals and present at conferences and seminars
• Mentor and train junior research staff and provide guidance on experimental design and data analysis

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Nanotechnology, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nanotechnology research and development
• Strong understanding of nanomaterials and their properties
• Proficient in nanofabrication techniques and characterization methods
• Experience with data analysis and statistical software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals
• Prior experience in project management is a plus
