Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with instructional team to identify areas of improvement in existing curriculum and develop new curriculum materials as needed
Conduct thorough research on educational standards and best practices to inform curriculum development
Create engaging and interactive lesson plans, activities, and assessments that align with curriculum goals
Utilize various instructional strategies and techniques to enhance student learning and engagement
Work with multimedia team to incorporate technology and digital resources into curriculum materials
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of curriculum content
Monitor and analyze student performance data to identify areas for curriculum improvement
Conduct regular evaluations of curriculum effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
Train and support instructional staff in effectively implementing curriculum materials
Stay up-to-date on current trends and innovations in education and incorporate them into curriculum development
Collaborate with other curriculum specialists to share ideas and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting
Strong understanding of educational standards and best practices
Excellent research and analytical skills
Creativity and innovation in curriculum development
Proficient in instructional strategies and techniques
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with instructional team
Strong communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with technology and digital resources in education
Familiarity with various learning styles and ability to adapt curriculum accordingly
