Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and state standards.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Valid teaching certification for the appropriate grade level.
Prior experience working with elementary school students is preferred.
Strong knowledge of child development, learning theories, and teaching strategies.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
