Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop plans for various civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and water and sewer systems.
Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather data for project planning and design.
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects.
Monitor and manage project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine the viability of proposed projects.
Ensure that all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all materials and workmanship meet project specifications.
Manage and mentor junior engineers and other team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering.
Proven experience in designing and managing civil engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
