Position: Program Development Manager

Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Manager to join our team. As the Program Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives within our organization. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a passion for driving innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis to identify new program opportunities and assess their feasibility and impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new programs, including defining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Create and manage project plans, including setting milestones, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks
• Develop program budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met
• Lead the development of program materials and resources, such as training manuals, marketing materials, and program guidelines
• Work closely with stakeholders to obtain buy-in and support for new programs
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support program development and implementation
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, collect feedback, and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our programs remain relevant and competitive
• Manage a team of program coordinators and provide guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, project management, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new programs or initiatives
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Familiarity with program evaluation and performance measurement
• Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in program development
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
