Job Title: Healthcare Practice Director

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Healthcare Practice Director to lead our healthcare team and oversee the operations of our practice. As the Healthcare Practice Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our healthcare practice, including financial performance, client satisfaction, and team development. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the practice's financial and growth goals
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the practice, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to expand the practice's client base
• Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the practice, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and professional development within the practice
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards to maintain the highest level of quality care for our clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community organizations
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their growth and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a healthcare practice
