As a Commercial Banker, you will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, develop new business relationships, and provide comprehensive financial solutions to meet clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial clients and build strong relationships
Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Provide customized financial solutions including lending and cash management services
Analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
Build a strong referral network in the community
Monitor and manage credit quality of the portfolio
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial banking with proven success
Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build strong client and colleague relationships
Sound judgment and decision-making skills
Proficient in MS Office and banking software
Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
