Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Education Program Coordinator to join our team. The Education Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing educational programs for students, teachers, parents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for human being that align with the company's mission and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and other stakeholders to identify program needs and develop relevant curriculum
• Coordinate with external partners, such as guest speakers or field trip locations, to enhance program offerings
• Manage program budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget constraints
• Create and maintain program schedules and timelines
• Recruit, train, and supervise program volunteers and interns
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to meet program goals
• Collaborate with marketing and communications team to promote programs and events
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on program activities, including attendance and participant feedback
• Stay updated on current educational trends and best practices to continuously improve program offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an educational setting
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of educational trends and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
