Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products that best fit their needs.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services to assist customers with their purchases.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to drive sales and meet targets.
• Ensure store shelves are fully stocked and neatly organized at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trends.
• Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions:

• This role requires standing for extended periods and may involve lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
• Retail sales associates may be required to work in different areas of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cashier stations.
• The work schedule may vary based on the needs of the business, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
