Job Description: As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This includes managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. You will be the face of our brand and will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability

Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained

Coordinate with the buying team to ensure the store has the latest and best products in stock

Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to attract and engage customers

Train and develop the sales team to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge and sales skills

Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, promotions, and other relevant information

Manage store expenses and maintain a budget to ensure profitability

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Maintain store cleanliness and organization to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
