Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective instructional strategies to enhance the learning experience of our students. You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other educational professionals to ensure that our instructional programs align with our educational goals and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, instructional design, and technology, as well as a passion for helping students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and activities, that align with our curriculum and educational objectives
• Utilize the latest research and best practices in instructional design to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students
• Collaborate with teachers to provide ongoing support and guidance in implementing instructional strategies and incorporating technology into their teaching
• Lead professional development workshops and trainings for teachers to enhance their instructional skills and knowledge
• Analyze student data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for instructional interventions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in educational technology and incorporate them into our instructional programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional strategies and make adjustments as needed to ensure student success
• Serve as a resource for teachers, administrators, and other educational professionals on instructional design, technology integration, and best practices in education

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Instructional Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories
• Experience in developing and implementing instructional programs
• Knowledge of educational technology and its applications in the classroom
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences
