About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Assistant to join our team. As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our production team and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production process. You will work closely with the production manager and other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the coordination of production schedules and timelines
• Managing inventory levels and ordering materials as needed
• Setting up and maintaining production equipment
• Assisting with the preparation and setup of production spaces
• Conducting quality control checks on finished products
• Monitoring and reporting on production progress
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Troubleshooting any production issues that may arise
• Maintaining accurate production records and documentation
• Providing support to the production team as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and production software
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
